Stephen is a UK trained osteopath with 17 years experience in clinical practice. He graduated with a four year diploma in osteopathy the UK in 1999 before which he completed a degree in Sports Science. He is registered with the General Osteopathic Council in the UK, AHPRA Australia and is a member of the Australian Osteopathic Association.
Stephen is experienced in treating a wide range of conditions and sees excellent results treating various musculoskeletal conditions including headaches & migraines, spinal pain, shoulder/hip/knee conditions, sciatica, sports injuries and postural strain associated with pregnancy, computer posture and work ergonomics. His osteopathic treatment is tailored to the individual to relieve current symptoms, support the natrual healing process of the body and to establish a good balance of flexibility and muscular support. He appreciates the desire to return to activity as soon as possible following injury and the importance of identifying the causative underlying biomechanical dysfunctions.
His interest in osteopathy began as a teenager, after receiving treatment for neck injuries in rugby. Since then, he has enjoyed a variety of sports over the years and holds a black belt in ITF Taekwondo. Stephen is now a keen runner and cyclist, and recently finished the UK Ironman Triathlon and 100km trail ultramarathons in Borneo and Thailand.
Neelam qualified in the U.K and has over ten years experience, initially working in private practice in the UK before moving to Singapore in 2011. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (UK) and the British Osteopathic Association.
Since qualifying as an osteopath, Neelam has completed postgraduate courses in Cranial Osteopathy which she finds essential in the treatment of pre and post natal patients, babies and children for colic, torticollis and sleeping problems, as well as for general abdominal complaints. Her holistic approach to treatment, which consists of structural, functional and cranial techniques, is not only designed to get patients back to normal daily activities but more importantly to keep them well by making life style changes.
Neelam is recognised to be one of the best children’s (paediatric) osteopaths in Singapore. As a general osteopath Neelam also has many years of experience treating the following conditions:-
Neelams passion for osteopathic medicine derived from her previous recurrent dance injuries where she had to see various practitioners. She now treats patients with soft tissue, oscillation, manipulation and advises on posture, dietary changes and exercises to stretch or strengthen the body to enable optimum health.

Grace is an Australian qualified osteopath. Her interest in osteopathy came from having suffered lower back pain from a sports injury as a teenager. She discovered how effective osteopathic treatments were during her recovery and decided to pursue osteopathy as a career.
Grace treats a wide variety of age groups and conditions such as neck pain, headaches and migraines, lower back pain, sciatica, hip and pelvic pain, and postural pain due to desk jobs. She uses a combination of techniques from soft tissue and spinal manipulation and mobilisation, to very gentle and relaxing techniques to treat and manage pain.
Her interest in exercise rehabilitation led her to also pursue a qualification in clinical Pilates which has provided her with extra expertise in treating patients with biomechanical and postural issues especially patients with lumbar and pelvic instability.
Grace believes in educating patients to understand the cause of their condition utlilizing lifestyle advice, preventive treatment measures and rehab exercises to relieve their pain long term.
Grace also offers one on one Pilates lessons.
